You will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving business success.</p><p><br></p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Development:</strong> Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and high performance.</p></li><li><p><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and inventory management.
