Our mission is to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to the people who depend on us.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We&rsquo;re currently seeking a dedicated <strong>Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator</strong> to join our <strong>Oncology&nbsp;Department</strong> at our <strong>Ontario location</strong>.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serves as a single point of contact referring physicians, patients and caregivers to provide resources and assistance with accessing clinical and supportive care services offered within Avita Health System and in the community. Facilitates patient appointments, including those made with labs, diagnostic areas and specialty physicians.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Current State of Ohio Registered Nurse license.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Current Basic Life Support certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification obtained within six months of hire date.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum or five (5) years of experience in nursing.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Why Join the Avita Health System Team?</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At Avita, we&rsquo;re committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and empowering environment where every team member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our communities.
