Description
Position Details
Intensive mentoring and respite position that supports youth in attaining goals outlined in therapy through one on one skill development. Services are child and family-centered, delivered in the home / community and include life and social skill development. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research.
T he Youth Mentor position is a excellent position for those working towards Social Work or Counseling degrees as well as those who are passionate about supporting youth in our community.

Position Requirements
Regular availability to work After school, evening and weekend hours Experience and / or desire to work with Children and Adolescent. Services are performed in client homes and / or community settings - comfort with working in these settings required. Valid drivers license, Current Auto Insurance and clean driving record Ability and willingness to meet regular supervision and training requirements
