font-family: georgia, serif;\"><strong data-pasted=\"true\">MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Maintain monthly litigant appointment schedule&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Conduct comprehensive face to face interviews of litigants (both children and adults) in order to assess psychiatric functioning, relational functioning, parenting skill sets and abilities, strengths, weaknesses, detection and reporting of child abuse/neglect, mental status exam, risk assessment, psychiatric diagnosis, and history&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Obtain collateral information pertinent to case within the bounds of HIPAA regulations</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Generate comprehensive written reports summarizing interview and collateral contact information in a timely and well-ordered manner according to deadlines of the court calendar&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Provide verbal testimony as needed to the courts&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Participate in meetings</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Maintain cooperative working relationships with others, including judicial officers, attorneys, supervisors, coworkers, other agencies, and the public.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;
