    "requirements_html": "<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform assembly and disassembly of flange systems, ensuring proper alignment, torque specifications, and sealing integrity.</li><li>Inspect, repair, and replace flange components, including bolts, gaskets, and seals, according to technical specifications and safety standards.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to execute tasks accurately.</li><li>Conduct pressure testing and leak detection on flange connections to ensure reliability and compliance with safety regulations.</li><li>Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as torque wrenches, impact tools, and hydraulic tensioners.</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, while working in hazardous environments.</li><li>Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed on flange systems.</li><li>Always ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 1 years of experience in flange assembly and disassembly or a similar role in an industrial setting.</li><li>Proficient in using specialized tools and equipment for flange assembly and maintenance.</li><li>Strong understanding of flange standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI) and bolt torque specifications.</li><li>Familiarity with industrial safety standards, including OSHA regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.</li><li>Ability to clearly and confidently communicate plans to refinery contractors (strong communication skills- written and verbal).</li><li>Ability to diagnose and solve problems during the actual applications.</li><li>Performs work safely in all settings.</li><li><strong>Valid Driver’s License</strong></li><li><strong>TWIC Card</strong></li><li><strong>Basic Plus or SE-Safe Safety Essentials Training</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions / Physical Demands</strong></p><p><br></p><p><u>Duration of Workhours During Project Executions:</u></p><ul><li>Typically, 10-12 continuous hours that may extend up to 16 – 18 hours if an emergent need exists, for up to 14 days in a row.</li><li>Day shift and/or night shift.</li></ul><p><u>Working Conditions During Project Executions:</u></p><ul><li>Uneven or unstable ground, and wet, muddy, or slippery surfaces and footings.</li><li>Outside locations in extreme temperatures and weather conditions including wind, rain, snow, and other forms of inclement weather.</li><li>Routine, intermittent exposure to noise more than 85 dBA-TWA.</li></ul><p><u>Physical Demands:</u></p><ul><li>Work at heights up to 150 ft/ 45m accessed via stairs, climbing ladders, or critical lifts by cranes. This requires an ability to climb ladders and stairs without issue.</li><li>Lifting and carrying up to 40lbs., without assistance.</li><li>Pushing / pulling up to 100 lbs., without assistance.</li><li>Standing and walking for up to 12 to 16 hours daily with minimal rest breaks.
