You&rsquo;ll open and close the store, support team members throughout the day, and help drive Goodwill&rsquo;s mission of changing lives through the power of work.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver world-class customer service and promote a safe, positive environment</li><li>Open and close the store, assign registers and daily duties, and complete daily reports</li><li>Oversee donation flow, inventory rotation, and merchandising standards</li><li>Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety, and risk management procedures</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor</li><li>Support and model Goodwill&rsquo;s Core Values and Guiding Principles</li></ul><p><strong>What You Need:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li><li>Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills</li><li>Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods</li><li>Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to forty (40) pounds with no support regularly. Over forty (40) pounds request for additional team member assistance as needed.</li><li>Able to perform tasks that require repetitive motion.
