Ce rôle contribue à des opérations de production efficaces et conformes en exécutant les tâches de culture, en surveillant les conditions environnementales et en respectant rigoureusement les normes de salubrité, de sécurité et de réglementation Vos Responsabilités Responsabilités Principales Effectuer les soins quotidiens des plantes, notamment l’arrosage, la taille, la fertilisation, le repiquage et l’entretien général des cultures afin de favoriser une croissance saine et des rendements optimaux. Récolter les plantes et aider aux activités post-récolte, incluant la stérilisation de l’équipement et le réapprovisionnement du matériel de manière efficace et ponctuelle Surveiller et évaluer en continu la santé des plantes et identifier les signes de ravageurs, de maladies ou de carences nutritionnelles. Collecter et consigner avec précision les données des plantes, effectuer des calculs de base et transmettre les résultats au chef d’équipe de culture. Identifier et signaler rapidement tout problème lié aux systèmes d’irrigation, à la ventilation, aux conditions environnementales, à la santé des cultures ou au rendement des équipements. Entretenir les outils, l’équipement et les zones de production afin d’assurer leur bon fonctionnement et leur disponibilité pour les opérations quotidiennes. Surveiller les niveaux d’inventaire des matériaux et fournitures de culture et communiquer proactivement les besoins de réapprovisionnement. Maintenir des normes élevées de propreté et de stérilité dans les zones de culture et de production, y compris le nettoyage et la désinfection réguliers des équipements et des infrastructures. Respecter toutes les procédures opératoires normalisées (SOP) et les directives de travail afin d’assurer la conformité aux politiques internes et aux règlements applicables. The Opportunity The Cultivator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day cultivation and maintenance of cannabis plants throughout their growth cycle, ensuring optimal plant health, yield, and product quality. This role contributes to efficient and compliant production operations by executing cultivation tasks, monitoring environmental conditions, and maintaining strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards. What You'll Do Core Responsibilities Perform daily plant care activities, including watering, pruning, feeding, transplanting, and general crop maintenance to support healthy growth and optimal yields. Harvest plants and assist with post-harvest activities, including sterilizing equipment and restocking materials in a timely and efficient manner. Continuously monitor and assess plant health, identifying signs of pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies. Collect and record plant data accurately, performing basic calculations and reporting findings to the Cultivation Team Lead. Identify and promptly report any issues related to irrigation systems, ventilation, environmental conditions, crop health, or equipment performance. Maintain tools, equipment, and production areas in good working conditions, ensuring readiness for daily operations. Monitor inventory levels of cultivation materials and supplies, and communicate replenishment needs proactively. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sterility within cultivation and production areas, including routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment and infrastructure. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. Accurately complete all required documentation and records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Ensure full compliance with ROSE LifeScience policies, procedures, and quality standards. Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams to support production goals.
