AO Racing commands attention with its fun liveries and fan-friendly presence.  The iconic liveries of “Rexy” and “Roxy” the T-Rex Porsche 911 GT3 Rawrs and “Spike” the LMP2 Dragon have captivated fans worldwide earning AO Racing a dedicated following.  We are currently competing in both the IMSA WeatherTech &amp; European LeMans Championships.  As we continue to build our programs for the future, we are looking for the right people to grow with us.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">You’ll be great at this role if you:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You’re meticulous with prep, curing, and finishing—because performance starts with precision.</li>\n<li>You thrive in high-pressure environments where milliseconds matter</li>\n<li>You’re comfortable traveling and working long hours during race weekends, because the paddock feels like home</li>\n<li>You collaborate seamlessly with engineers, mechanics, and performance teams to chase reliability and speed</li>\n<li>You’re obsessed with precision, cleanliness, and organization.</li>\n<li>You understand that every component has a lifecycle, and you track it.</li>\n<li>You bring a calm, focused energy to chaotic race environments and never lose sight of the goal: performance and safety</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fabricate and repair composite parts for our racing vehicles, including body panels, wings, and other components.</li>\n<li>Use advanced techniques such as autoclave curing and vacuum bagging to produce high-quality composite parts.</li>\n<li>Work closely with other team members, including engineers and designers, to ensure that all composite work is properly coordinated with other aspects of the team's activities.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all composite parts meet the team's exacting standards for performance and reliability.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of all composite work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and fabrication processes.</li>\n<li>Stay up to date with the latest advances in composite materials and fabrication processes and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.</li>\n<li>Always represent the team in a professional and positive manner, both on and off the track.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications &amp; Experience:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in composite materials or a related field preferred.</li>\n<li>At least five years of experience working with composite materials, with a track record of success in racing or high-performance automotive environments.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of composite materials and fabrication processes, including autoclave curing and vacuum bagging.</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on producing high-quality work with minimal errors or defects.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.</li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li>\n<li>Willingness to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Why AO Racing?</span></span></p>\n<p>There are many benefits that come with working with us as a Full-time employee such as:  </p>\n<ul>\n<li>100% paid medical, dental and vision premiums for employees and their eligible family members.</li>\n<li>Life Insurance</li>\n<li>Paid Vacation and Sick Leave</li>\n<li>Retirement Plan</li>\n<li>Parental Leave</li>\n<li>All travel expenses covered</li>\n<li>Modern, clean, and well-equipped shop</li>\n<li>Great team environment and work ethic</li>\n</ul>",
