    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">The Overnight Janitorial Supervisor will ensure a positive customer experience by keeping all areas of the store clean and supervising a small cleaning crew.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Make rounds to ensure crew coverage of designated work areas, give specific cleaning instructions/ assignments as needed</li><li>Prepare work schedules, conduct inspections, coach/counsel, and recommend other disciplinary actions as needed.</li><li>Maintain and update the daily team record (timekeeping/work schedules) on a daily basis.</li><li>Professionally clean and maintain facility using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards</li><li>Utilizing commercial floorcare equipment.</li><li>Move all reasonably portable items to clean under and behind and in corners and edges</li><li>Identify and note any damages or issues to direct supervisor.</li><li>Replenish/restock consumable items such as soaps and paper products</li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Custodial supervisor or team lead experience</li><li>Leadership &ndash; Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results</li><li>Proactive and organized</li><li>Punctuality and reliability is a must.</li><li>Honesty and exceptional work ethic.</li><li>Pass drug testing and background check and eligible to work in the U.S.</li><li>Ability to work a shift during the following hours: 3am - 9am five (5) days per week. 40-hours per week, Full time with benefits!</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Continual standing, walking and reaching throughout shift.</li><li>Occasionally crouching or kneeling.</li><li>Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.</li></ul></div></div>\n<br/>5 days per week <br/>Start time 1:30 AM/2:00 AM to 9:00 AM/9:30 AM",
