In this role, you will play a key part in supporting operations through inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse organization, ensuring materials and parts are available to meet customer and operational needs.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>As a Warehouse Associate, you will:</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage shipping and receiving of products and materials.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Allocate, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform inventory control and assist with stock forecasting and utilization.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support logistics coordination and quality control processes.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Operate and maintain inventory software systems.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage yard organization and material flow.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Load and offload trailers safely and efficiently.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Complete parts pickup and delivery to end users as required.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Competencies:</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum high school education.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in an industrial or customer-focused environment considered an asset.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High energy, self-motivated, and positive attitude.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven customer service experience.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to safely lift a minimum of 60 lbs.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Forklift Operator Certificate considered an asset.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong><br>Our commitment to providing the best service in the industry is driven by our employees’ passion, professionalism, and expertise.
