We are an agile, fast-growing team of innovators reimagining how technology drives the aftermarket forward.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Director, Software Product Development, is a senior, execution-oriented software engineering leader responsible for defining and delivering against Transend&#39;s software engineering product roadmap. This role is the voice of the customer inside the organization &mdash; translating shop workflows, parts-finding friction, and B2B buyer behavior into products and features that drive adoption, retention, and revenue.
