          "text": "<p><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact</strong></p><p>As the <strong>Senior Manager | National Lead – Conference Services (12-Month Contract)</strong>, you will provide leadership and strategic direction for conference service operations across multiple sites in Canada for our client, Deloitte. You will ensure exceptional client experiences, operational excellence, and alignment with Sodexo’s mission and values, while driving initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and employee engagement.</p><p><strong>As a Senior Manager | National Lead, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and supervise conference services staff at all levels, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.</li><li>Oversee conference service operations across multiple sites to maintain consistency, quality, and adherence to contractual agreements.</li><li>Develop and implement business practices that uphold Sodexo’s mission, values, and service commitments.</li><li>Drive strategic initiatives and projects with defined objectives, timelines, and budgets to support client and Sodexo goals.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for national accounts.</li><li>Manage budgets, labor, and materials to ensure profitability and sustainability, while monitoring compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.</li><li>Champion employee engagement, recruitment, retention, and professional development for both Sodexo and client employees.</li></ul>",
