This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and expertise in Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience managing enterprise system implementations, with a preference for <strong>PeopleSoft HCM</strong>, and projects involving payroll or financial system integrations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, including:</p><ul><li>Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery</li><li>Coordinating closely with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Senate Product Owner (PO) to align priorities and expectations</li><li>Identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies</li><li>Ensuring adherence to Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies and established project governance frameworks</li><li>Overseeing project communications, including status reporting, stakeholder updates, and executive briefings</li><li>Ensuring all deliverables meet defined quality standards and performance requirements</li><li>Facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of <strong>seven (7) years of experience</strong> managing IT implementation projects</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrated experience leading <strong>enterprise system implementations</strong>, preferably <strong>PeopleSoft HCM</strong></li><li>Proven experience managing <strong>Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall</strong> projects</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Experience managing projects involving <strong>payroll systems and/or financial system integrations</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in government or legislative environments</li><li>Familiarity with federal project governance and compliance standards</li><li>PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications</li></ul><p><strong>Security Clearance</strong></p><ul><li><strong>US citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance</strong></li></ul><p><strong>More About B&amp;A:</strong></p><p><em><strong>Notable Clients</strong></em><br>B&amp;A has grown to be a company that is trusted by our clients for exceptional service, innovative solutions, and inspired employees.
