Independence Title in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area, Texas , a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an Escrow Management & Training Support. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
The Escrow Management & Training Support is responsible for:
Serve as an a ssistant to the Escrow Manager for the DFW area, as well as providing direct support to Division Presidents Act as the primary training (Settlor) and onboarding contact for DFW area Collaborate as a member of the statewide Training Team Support DFW leadership with recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing and evaluation Assist the company CEO with recruiting initiatives outside of the DFW area as needed Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned by management

Travel required to support training in branch offices in Dallas-Fort Worth area, as requested A High School diploma or equivalent is required At least 5 years of experience in all areas of escrow processing and procedures, including all pre-closing and post-closing duties, along with settlement statement preparation. Able to work proficiently in fast paced environment Microsoft Suite proficient Proficient with technology applications such as Zoom, TEAMS and PowerPoint Proficient with DocuSign
