You will report directly to your Team Leader who will work with your current class schedule to find a solution that works best for you (minimum: 20 hours per week).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The Day-to-Day:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Help build our culture of recognition to ensure great work gets noticed and authentic recognition is the norm across every level, role, department and country</li>\n <li>Handle operational tasks to support a variety of Employee Experience programs (such as appreciation events, philanthropic drives, and on-site perks)</li>\n <li>Update a variety of internal resources while getting the opportunity to experiment with large data sets</li>\n <li>Work in a vibrant atmosphere and be rewarded through competing in a meritocracy</li>\n <li>Gain exposure to upper management and work in an environment that values collaboration </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enrolled college student pursuing a Bachelor's or Associates degree</li>\n <li>Commute to the Tampa, FL office</li>\n <li>Cumulative GPA of 3.0+</li>\n <li>Able to work 20 hours a week at a minimum (28 hour maximum) </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Fisher Investments:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Fisher Investments, we work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
