      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Provides direction to all activities related to planning studies, environmental assessments and permit applications for the Mount Nansen Remediation Project.</li>\n<li>Provides regulatory leadership for the Mount Nansen Remediation Project from planning through execution and completion.</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with technical teams and proactively identify opportunities to improve project environmental design aspects and streamline regulatory processes.</li>\n<li>Develops an integrated project schedule including the critical path for the end-to-end tasks and activities necessary to successfully execute the project.</li>\n<li>Interface and communicate with various levels of government, stakeholders and communities to advance permitting and WUL activities.</li>\n<li>Represent MNRLP in regulatory and community meetings, workshops and events and oversee the preparation of presentation materials.</li>\n<li>Keep abreast of existing and pending legislation and regulation changes which may impact the project. Coordinate and disseminate regulatory information within the JV.</li>\n<li>Conducts senior reviews of technical deliverables and programs in area(s) of expertise.</li>\n<li>Supports risk analysis with project management.</li>\n<li>Monitor and promote system environmental health and worker safety compliance.</li>\n<li>Completes other projects, reporting and tasks as assigned.</li>\n<li>All other related duties as required.&nbsp;</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>University degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.</li>\n<li>Minimum 12 years of environmental permitting experience.</li>\n<li>Experience working in environmental consulting or project consulting settings.</li>\n<li>Experience in building relationships and engaging with First Nations and all levels of Government.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of and experience in Yukon’s and BC’s (and other jurisdictions) impact assessment and licensing regime for resource development projects.</li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li>\n\n</div>"
