Together, we shape our identity and drive transformative change for our clients.</p><p><strong>About the Opportunity:</strong></p><p>We are seeking an <strong>experienced</strong> Lead Surveillance &amp; SIU Investigator for Illinois area. You will be provided all the tools and support necessary to ensure your success and achieve assigned case objectives for our clients.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Conducting covert video surveillance (fixed/mobile)</li><li>Obtaining video documentation of claimant activities</li><li>Provide SIU Investigative support for complex claims</li><li>Assembling comprehensive detailed investigative reports</li><li>Testifying at hearings and/or court proceedings as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Non-Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Other tasks requested by management</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Self-starter who takes on challenging responsibilities and holds self-accountable for results and performance</li><li>Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines</li><li>Insurance claims investigation/surveillance experience (2+ years preferred)</li><li>Associate&#39;s/bachelor&rsquo;s degree in criminal justice or related field preferred</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel as necessary within the service area</li><li>Flexibility to work varied/irregular hours and days</li><li>Strong computer and internet skills</li><li>Possess a valid driver&#39;s license</li><li>Possess a reliable vehicle</li><li>State of IL investigators license a plus but not mandatory</li></ul><p><strong>Salary Information:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>&nbsp;$45,000 to $75,000 annually. Pay will be based on experience. Position is full-time.</li></ul><p><strong>Core Hours:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday</strong>. &nbsp;Evenings and earlier morning work may be required as essential functions demand.
