Job Title Video Lottery Attendant Job Summary • Supervise and maintain the video lottery room. General Accountabilities • Greet guests as they enter the video lottery room • Check guests identification to verify age • Serve food and refreshments • Clean and sanitize video lottery machines between each guest • Clean and maintain restrooms • Maintain overall cleanliness of video lottery room • Assist customers with making change and redeeming winning vouchers • Answer phones and assist in taking food orders • Change ticket voucher paper in video lottery machines • Report any and all game malfunctions to management • Other duties may be required at management's discretion Job Qualifications • Previous customer service experience • Background checks may be required Skills • Problem solving • Simple math • Be able to work under pressure • Critical thinking
