A Station Chef supports the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences and often mentors junior cooks. Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the assigned station: prepping, cooking, timing, and plating dishes to the highest standards. Supervise junior cooks and ensure they follow recipes, portioning, and food safetyguidelines. Monitor taste, temperature, presentation, and uniformity for all dishes from the station. Maintain cleanliness, organization, proper labeling, and rotation of station inventory. Communicate with culinary leadership about equipment needs, shortages, or quality concerns. Qualifications Skills & Qualifications Advanced knife and cooking techniques; familiarity with luxury culinary standards. Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate station activities. Ability to maintain composure and focus during peak service periods Compensation At $32.00/hourly Compensation & Benefits As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Employee Assistance Program. Room discounts for all team members, as well as for their friends and family immediately upon hire. Paid sick leave. Eligible employees, 18 and older can register for a 401(k) with Fidelity after just 3 months of employment, helping you invest in your future; our plan has a company match and no vesting schedule. Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI). Company provided uniforms Continuing Education Allowance - Including support for local and national industry shows and the EM Certification Program through the GCSAA) Employee meals are supplied during the summer months. Available Time Off This position will be posted until June 31st, 2026, unless filled sooner.
