A Station Chef supports the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences and often mentors junior cooks.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage all aspects of the assigned station: prepping, cooking, timing, and plating dishes to the highest standards.</li>\n <li>Supervise junior cooks and ensure they follow recipes, portioning, and food safetyguidelines.</li>\n <li>Monitor taste, temperature, presentation, and uniformity for all dishes from the station.</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, proper labeling, and rotation of station inventory.</li>\n <li>Communicate with culinary leadership about equipment needs, shortages, or quality concerns.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills & Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced knife and cooking techniques; familiarity with luxury culinary standards.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate station activities.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain composure and focus during peak service periods</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At $32.00/hourly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits </strong></p>\n<p><strong>As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program.</li>\n <li>Room discounts for all team members, as well as for their friends and family immediately upon hire.</li>\n <li>Paid sick leave.</li>\n <li>Eligible employees, 18 and older can register for a 401(k) with Fidelity after just 3 months of employment, helping you invest in your future; our plan has a company match and no vesting schedule.</li>\n <li>Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI).</li>\n <li>Company provided uniforms</li>\n <li>Continuing Education Allowance - Including support for local and national industry shows and the EM Certification Program through the GCSAA)</li>\n <li>Employee meals are supplied during the summer months.</li>\n <li>Available Time Off</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This position will be posted until June 31st, 2026, unless filled sooner.</p>",
