Specific responsibilities include:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in completing the turnovers/make-readies of vacant units</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Being on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Completing grounds work such as: trash pick-up and light landscaping</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assisting with various types of maintenance: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventative</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>The Details</strong>: Our Make Ready Technicians should meet the following criteria:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma/GED Required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have at least one year of make-ready/groundskeeper experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide/use of own tools</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors and maintenance staff&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Possess basic knowledge of the following: HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Our company emphasizes a TEAM APPROACH and expects every person to perform any reasonable task or request that is consistent with fulfilling company objectives.
