    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p></p>\n<p>Seeking candidates whom have a commitment to, customer service, professionalism and the highest level of integrity.</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Must have reliable transportation.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Must be able to swim and have strong customer service and safety skills.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and be available weekdays and weekends during the summer season.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Be authorized to work in the United States.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Work with Management team, to provide a safe and pleasant work environment for employees. Help employees grow and understand SwimSafe policies.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Provide surveillance of guests primarily in aquatic areas but also on decks and within the resort. Enforce the rules and regulations and render appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Respond to emergency situations in their assigned zone.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Assist in communicating emergency situations outside of their zone.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Maintain skills at test-ready level in accordance with SwimSafe Pool Management’s Training Program. Advise aquatics management of unsafe and/or unsanitary conditions. Assist guests in a polite and quick manner.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Perform daily routine duties and maintenance of pool to ensure neat and orderly appearance. Attend all training’s offered by SwimSafe Pool Management.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Work with our Safety Director to set up and perform in-service or various guard trainings as needed.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Assist the Regional team in verifying timecards, creating schedules, completing performance reviews and tracking performance, maintaining a budget and other manager responsibilities as needed.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Communicate with the HR Department and aide in processes as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p>\n<p>Training available if needed&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Current certification in Red Cross, YMCA or StarGuard Lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid.</p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>Swim 300 yards, tread for 2 minute and retrieve a 10 lbs. brick at bottom of water. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to work in a humid environment and/or be immersed in water for extended periods of time. Position sometimes requires the ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs.</p>\n<p><strong>Duration:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some year round positions available.</li>\n</ul>\n</div></div></div>\n",
