Provide a safe, clean, motivating and nurturing environment for learning, that exceeds guest&rsquo;s expectations</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Work Performed</u>:</p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Lead or facilitate specialty consultations in Hypnosis, Readings and Past Life Regression and provide instruction to guests in specific area</li><li>Effectively communicate Mii amo&rsquo;s philosophy to guests</li><li>Understand and well-versed in the area of expertise&nbsp;</li><li>Attend and participate in regularly scheduled training sessions and meetings</li><li>Be an active participant in the department by contributing to new programs and development ideas</li><li>Be guest service oriented and interact with guests in a pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic manner</li><li>Perform classes or consultations in a safe manner in compliance with all recognized standards</li><li>Ensure proper supplies are gathered for each class or consultation</li><li>Provide clear and appropriate directions to guests for overall safety.</li><li>Display appropriate teamwork, flexibility and interpersonal skills</li><li>Follow all Department Standards of Operations at all times</li><li>Provide a safe, clean, personal, entertaining and well thought out class or consultation that exceeds guest&rsquo;s expectations</li><li>Maintain participant information as necessary</li><li>Keep all work and consultation spaces clean, organized and maintained.</li><li>Ensure proper tools and equipment are purchased for safety with manager as necessary</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of Mii amo information at all times</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ol><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Supervision Exercised</u>: None</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Supervision Received</u>: Wellness Manager</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Minimum Requirements</u>:</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or GED, and/or equivalent work experience. Certification or specific training in area of expertise (Hypnosis and Past Life Regression). 1-3 years recent experience in consulting in area(s) of expertise. Ability to confidently lead and motivate a group or individual. Able to assess the level and special needs of the participant(s) and modify the consultation accordingly. Attention to detail and able to multi-task priorities. Self-motivated ability to work with little supervision and organized. Must be dependable. Hold current CPR and First Aid certification. Willing to learn Standard Operating Procedures. Ability to lead guests in safe and professional manner. Display a healthy well-balanced body, a neat appearance, and a caring attitude and able to communicate clearly and simply.
