This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to grow their skills in civil engineering with a focus on site plan development and design. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in civil site design within a collaborative and supportive environment.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Under the mentorship of experienced professionals, the candidate will:</span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Assist in preparing design drawings using AutoCAD with input from engineers and landscape architects.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Participate in field visits to gather visual and photographic site information.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Support construction inspection activities with guidance from supervisors.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Learn and apply &nbsp;Stormwater Management Requirements and local zoning Regulations.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Contribute to stormwater management design tasks for development projects.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Research local, county, and state regulations to inform design decisions.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Help prepare design plans and jurisdictional applications under supervision.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;
