          "text": "<p>The Project Delivery Manager (DM) is responsible to direct and manage all aspects of project development from beginning to end and ensure effective delivery of the product to the client. The DM reviews the project status and provides oversight, manages resources, maintains relationship with the client, manages internal collaboration, change, risk and escalation to ensure project profitability.</p><ul><li><strong>Must Have Skills: Application development background with fixed-bid delivery experience</strong></li><li><strong>US SLED/Public Sector experience is a plus!</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Project Management</p><ul><li>Manage various critical aspects of a project: scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, risks and communication</li><li>Manage timely, high-quality, and cost-effective service delivery to the client</li><li>Identify business needs of the client, act as an interface between the technical team and the client</li><li>Create project plan to track progress, plan timelines and share with client</li><li>Work with the Architect and Technical Lead to prioritize and track new functionality and ongoing releases</li><li>Provide support during Validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases with the client team to ensure all business requirements are met</li><li>Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on project progress</li><li>Manage project dependencies and critical path, track project timelines and milestones</li><li>Work with QA and Documentation teams to ensure success of the total project</li><li>Maintain overall schedule, timeliness of the team’s deliverables</li></ul><p>Resource Management</p><ul><li>Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work</li><li>Ensure that each team member has adequate skills and knowledge on technology, project management and software engineering processes</li><li>Reward and recognize performance</li><li>Identify and resolve any outstanding issues among the project teams, that cannot be resolved within the team</li></ul><p>Relationship Management</p><ul><li>Obtain and Communicate the Client’s feedback on project progress and success factors to the project team and other stakeholders</li><li>Identify farming opportunities</li><li>Lead the project initiation activity</li><li>Work with Project Manager to drive growth, quality and customer satisfaction</li></ul><p>Internal Collaboration</p><ul><li>Ensure regular collaboration with senior management, Project Manager and project stakeholders at Nagarro</li><li>Ensure proper handover from sales to delivery</li><li>Change Management - review/approve changes affecting scope, timing, cost, and/or quality, as required</li></ul><p>Escalation Management</p><ul><li><p>Be the point of escalation for all delivery related issues</p></li></ul><p>Risk Management</p><ul><li>Monitor risks, develop and execute risk mitigation plan with the project manager, at completion of every major milestone including project closure</li><li>Provide management oversight as predicated by review of the project risk analysis</li></ul><p>Project Profitability / Finance</p><ul><li>Ensures the profitability of the project/s</li><li>Review and close project account and financial files on project closure</li></ul><p>Quality Management</p><ul><li>Ensure the quality of the deliverables and client satisfaction</li><li>Understand the expectations of various stakeholders and seeks to satisfy them: client, users, governance group, senior management, team, support groups</li></ul>",
