We're looking for a designer who can translate the Pest Control industry into high-impact visual stories. Whether you are currently finishing your degree or looking to launch your career, you will have a seat at the table in shaping the visual identity of our marketing department.</p><p><u><strong>What Your Day Might Look Like</strong></u></p><p><strong>Starting Pay:</strong> $15 per hour (plus perks and incentives)&nbsp;</p><p><em><strong>Both Full-Time Regular and Full-Time Seasonal Roles Available</strong></em></p><p><strong>1</strong>. <strong>Visual Brand Identity &amp; Design</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Digital Assets:</strong> Design high-quality graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma.</li><li><strong>Sales Collateral:</strong> Collaborate with our Sales Leads to design professional pitch decks, PDF one-pagers, and digital \"battle cards\" for the sales team.</li><li><strong>Brand Consistency:</strong> Ensure all departmental output—from internal training manuals to external ads—is cohesive, modern, and on-brand.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Multimedia Content Creation</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Short-Form Video:</strong> Direct, film, and edit high-energy video content (Reels/TikToks) that highlights our office culture and expert insights.</li><li><strong>Motion Graphics:</strong> (Preferred) Add flair to our social presence with basic animations or motion-design elements.</li></ul><p><strong>3.
