This exciting ownership positions us for continued impacts and growth in the future.</p>\n<h2>Essential Functions & Responsibilities </h2>\n<p><strong>Part-Time Facilities Support Coordinator   </strong><strong></strong>As a Facilities Support Coordinator you will be responsible for providing general cleaning and upkeep support for buildings and surrounding property at Arcwood’s East Liverpool facility. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times</li>\n <li>Performs general cleaning and upkeep of buildings and surrounding property to maintain a professional appearance, including mowing the lawn, painting interior of building and weed control</li>\n <li>Plans repair work, secures supplies, materials and tools required to complete job</li>\n <li>Coordinates work to be completed with contractors as needed</li>\n <li>Performs housekeeping / janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and order of common areas at the facility, including but not limited to offices, restrooms, locker rooms, lunchrooms, conference rooms, and other public areas</li>\n <li>Removes trash and recyclable materials from various areas of the facility </li>\n <li>Appropriately mixes and utilizes cleaning solutions </li>\n <li>Maintains the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed</li>\n <li>Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education </h2>- High-school diploma or equivalent (required)\n<h2>Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience with lawn care equipment and cleaning equipment/supplies (required)</li>\n <li>Previous experience in commercial cleaning (preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits, Compensation & Workforce Diversity</h2>Arcwood offers competitive pay, PTO and holiday pay and 401(k) savings plan with 7% company match.
