The FP&amp;A Analyst will support the FP&amp;A  team across budgeting, management reporting, cost control, and business performance monitoring. The role offers broad exposure to the Group's maritime and logistics operations, including direct involvement in cross-functional business development teams that evaluate new opportunities. This is a hands-on analytical role suited to a detail-oriented finance professional who is eager to grow within a dynamic, operationally complex environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Reporting directly to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Planning &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of monthly and periodic management accounts and performance reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.</li>\n<li>Report and assist in further developing KPIs across business units.</li>\n<li>Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, coordinating inputs from business units.</li>\n<li>Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast), identifying key drivers and preparing clear commentary for management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Modelling &amp; Data Analysis</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain, update, and improve financial models, templates, and reporting tools.</li>\n<li>Work with large datasets using Excel and BI tools to extract, consolidate, and present financial information.</li>\n<li>Ensure the integrity and consistency of financial data across systems and reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Partnering &amp; Ad Hoc Analysis</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with operational and commercial departments to gather financial inputs and support decision-making.</li>\n<li>Participate in cross-functional business development teams, contributing financial analysis and supporting the preparation of business cases and investment assessments.</li>\n<li>Support the FP&amp;A Manager and Assistant Financial Controller with ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.</li>\n<li>At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in ship management companies with exposure to maritime, shipping, logistics, or other capital-intensive industries.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with large datasets.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of financial statements (P&amp;L, balance sheet, cash flow) and core financial concepts.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision (Business Central) will be considered a strong asset.</li>\n<li>Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) or financial reporting platforms.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.</li>\n<li>Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions.</li>\n<li>Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to ensuring that our employment practices do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, marital status, medical condition, disability, or any other legally protected status.By applying, you agree to the Consent Form for the Processing of Personal Data(GDPR).
