    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Here are some of the great benefits that we offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive wage ($24-$29/hr.)</li>\n <li>Company paid health and dental benefits</li>\n <li>Paid vacation&nbsp;and productivity bonus&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Opportunity for career stability and growth</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement program</li>\n <li>Protective personal equipment is provided, or cost of purchase is reimbursed</li>\n <li>On the job training</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform general repairs on production and facility equipment, including presses, flangers, rolls, shears, welders, polishers, positioners, lathes, mills, and air tools.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Inspect equipment and structures, and perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Apply essential electrical, mechanical, welding, and machinery knowledge to diagnose malfunctions and complete repairs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment necessary to perform assigned duties.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist and collaborate with other maintenance personnel as required to support operational needs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Follow all safety procedures, policies, and maintenance standards while performing job duties.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, including presses, welders, lathes, mills, air tools, and related machinery.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Proficiency with company‑provided pneumatic tools and skilled use of standard hand tools required for fabrication and repair tasks.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to safely inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment using foundational electrical, mechanical, welding, and hydraulic knowledge.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to use basic computer systems to enter data, complete digital forms, and navigate production or maintenance software.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>GENERAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Technical Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge and demonstrated ability to perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding.</li>\n <li>Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Electrical experience working with 120V, 240V, and 480V systems, including single‑phase and three‑phase power.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of hydraulics, machine shop equipment and tools, and basic electronics.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, interpret, and apply information from maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics.</li>\n <li>Above‑average mechanical aptitude and math skills, with emphasis on fractions and decimals.</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze problems, troubleshoot equipment issues, and identify safe, practical solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Communication &amp; Teamwork</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Reading and writing literacy required.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.</li>\n <li>Effective communication skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to assist, support, and train other employees as needed.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates attention to detail and thoroughness in all job tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical &amp; Sensory Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Good manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and use a tape measure, measuring equipment, and calculator.</li>\n <li>Visual acuity requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.</li>\n <li>Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for the duration of the shift, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes.</li>\n <li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully preform the essential functions of this job.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Expectations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to meet predefined deadlines and work effectively under pressure.</li>\n <li>Ability to comply with all established safety rules and procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>SAMST</p>",
