This is a hands-on position when need be.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday - Friday with possible weekend as needed</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Our Benefits Include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay</li>\n <li>Health, dental, & vision</li>\n <li>Company paid STD & LTD</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>Flexible Schedules</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement</li>\n <li>401k</li>\n <li>Employee Discount Program</li>\n <li>Daily Pay</li>\n <li>Pet Insurance </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our team at PharMerica promotes a variety of initiatives designed to enhance the work and personal lives of our employees, celebrate diversity and improve the communities where we work and live.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If your passion is service excellence and top-quality care, <strong>come join our team!</strong></p>\n<p><em>*Position will be posted for a minimum of 7 business days</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Controls pharmacy costs to meet or exceed budgeted cost per script.</li>\n <li>Provides the leadership and direction to build an effective team and continually develop associates to improve performance.</li>\n <li>Maintains positive customer relationships; attends quarterly business reviews. </li>\n <li>Works with Client Services and Sales team to effectively communicate with customers (DONs, Administrators, Staff RNs) and resolve customer issues.</li>\n <li>Implements, maintains and reports on core processes.</li>\n <li>Ensures pharmacy compliance with all regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Emphasizes dispensing efficiency and accuracy with the workforce, and manages the dispensing process to exceed the Company’s goal. </li>\n <li>Manages the staffing and scheduling process to optimize production and contain labor costs.</li>\n <li>Manages pharmacy personnel issues including hiring, evaluations, discipline and separation, and monitors and approves payroll.</li>\n <li>Manages physical inventory to meet client requirements and Company goals.</li>\n <li>Implements Company, Region and District policies, processes and initiatives.</li>\n <li>Provides timely and accurate reports as required.</li>\n <li>Performs other tasks as assigned.</li>\n <li>Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education/Learning Experience</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Required: Bachelor’s degree</li>\n <li>Desired: MBA; PharmD</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Work Experience</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Required: Management/supervisory experience;  experience in pharmacy/healthcare</li>\n <li>Desired: P&L responsibility; LTC experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Skills/Knowledge</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Required: Computer skills.</li>\n <li>Desired: Business/financial knowledge; knowledge of pharmacy regulations; LTC pharmacy ; performance management</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Licenses/Certifications  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Required: As required by state regulations; clean driving record and proof of auto insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Behavior Competencies</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Required: Results-oriented; planning/organizing; communication (oral/written), people management; strategic and analytical thinking; teamwork</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, delivers personalized pharmacy care through dedicated local teams, serving health care providers such as skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and hospitals.
