But it&#39;s the individuals we service who bring our programs to life with their creativity, excitement, humor, talent, and so much more!</em><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: georgia, serif;\"><strong>Summary:&nbsp;</strong>The position of <strong>Camp&#39;s Lifeguards</strong> ensures the safety of our campers during pool activities. The lifeguards provide supervision to all staff and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities served by The Arc Gloucester / Camp Sun &lsquo;N Fun and helps these individuals reach their fullest potential. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Typical hours are Monday - Thursday, 1pm - 4pm.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: georgia, serif;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\"><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif;'>Lifeguard shall be responsible to the Camp Director&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 15px; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif;'>Willing to follow all Camp policies and regulations.</span></li><li style=\"margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 15px; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif;'>Lifeguards must be at least 18 years of age and hold the proper certification</span></li><li style=\"margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 15px; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif;'>Show good judgment and a sense of responsibility.</span></li><li style=\"margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Perform duties designated by the Camp Director in order to provide programs of instruction, recreation and safety. &nbsp; Schedules set by the Camp Director must be followed in a timely, professional manner.</li><li style=\"margin-top: 0in; font-family: georgia, serif;\">At least one (1) year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Maintain active CPR/First Aide certification</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Maintain current Red Cross lifeguard certification</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Successfully pass initial and ongoing State/Federal Criminal Background checks, including Fingerprinting, CARI checks, Central Registry checks and drug screens</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;
