style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Technical Leadership &amp; Team Management\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards.</li>\n<li>Oversee project timelines, sprint planning, and resource allocation, working closely with a Project Manager to align development with business objectives.</li>\n<li>Own the architecture and design of scalable, real-time communication systems using Python, Node.js, Redis, containerization, and cloud technologies.</li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement in development processes and system performance.</li>\n<li>Ensure low-latency, high-availability communication pipelines for AI-powered applications.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Full Stack Development\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the design and development of our existing scalable real-time communication systems using Node.js, Python, containerization, Redis, and other relevant technologies. </li>\n<li>Experience with asynchronous programming / multi-threading. </li>\n<li>Ensure low-latency, high-availability communication pipelines for AI-powered applications and services. </li>\n<li>Maintain an up-to-date understanding of emerging trends in real-time communication technologies and AI integration. </li>\n<li>Experience with a variety of Python packages, including the following:  </li>\n<li>Asynchronous Programming and Web Frameworks: <em>FastAPI, Uvicorn, Aiohttp, Asyncio</em> </li>\n<li>Data Manipulation, Validation, and Processing: <em>Pandas, <em>LangChain, Tiktoken, Litellm, Semantic Router</em> </li>\n<li>Configuration and Environment Management: <em>Python Dotenv, Toml</em> </li>\n<li>Cloud Services and Storage: <em>Azure Storage Blob</em></li>\n<li>Communication Frameworks: <em>Redis, BullMQ</em></li>\n<li>Error Monitoring and Logging: <em>Sentry SDK</em> </li>\n<li>Testing: <em>Pytest</em> </li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Full Stack
