    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p>Great States Construction, a leading commercial general contractor based in Fargo, ND, is seeking an experienced and dedicated <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Superintendent</span> to oversee day-to-day field operations for multi-family and commercial construction projects in the Bismarck market. The Superintendent will manage on-site activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate subcontractors and field crews.
