The company&rsquo;s commitment to finding new and better ways to RECLAIM, RECYCLE and REUSE bridges the sustainability goals of scrap tire generators nationwide with those of local scrap rubber consumers.</span></p><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Job Summary:</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>This position requires a qualified person to move equipment throughout the facility, do inspections of equipment, report defects to dispatch or supervisor for repairs, and operate equipment in a dirty, wet noisy environment in all weather conditions.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Operate yard trucks in a safe manner during roll-on/roll-off procedures involving both loaded and empty containers.</li><li>Transfer trailers from one truck to another and position them appropriately within the yard.</li><li>Complete necessary paperwork involving trailer numbers, gross weights, tare weights, net weights, and type of material.</li><li>Assist in loading and unloading tasks when needed.</li><li>Back trailers into designated areas for efficient loading and unloading.</li><li>Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.</li><li>Maintain the yard truck, ensuring it is in good operating condition.</li><li>This is a part- time position 20 - 25 hours a week</li></ul><p>Skills and Abilities:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Attentive with attention to detail and commitment to safety</li><li>Reliable</li><li>Cooperative</li><li>Willingness to work in hot, cold, wet and dirty conditions</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Minimum of one year of relevant experience.</li><li>Ability to back trailers into designated areas for loading/unloading.</li><li>Willingness to be trained and certified to operate a forklift.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Ability to operate a front-end loader</li></ul><p>Education and Experience:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.</li></ul><span data-teams=\"true\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">EEO Statement:</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">&nbsp;Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
