The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating international air and ocean freight operations (import and export), ensuring compliance with Canadian and international regulations, and maintaining exceptional service levels. Proficiency in&#xa0;<strong>CargoWise</strong>&#xa0;is considered a strong asset.&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Coordinate international&#xa0;<strong>air freight import and export</strong>&#xa0;shipments, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and final delivery.</p></li><li><p>Manage&#xa0;<strong>ocean freight imports</strong>&#xa0;(FCL and LCL), including carrier bookings, container tracking, and coordination with steamship lines and overseas agents.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills).</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with applicable customs and trade regulations (CBSA, IATA, Transport Canada, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively with overseas agents, customers, customs brokers, and carriers.</p></li><li><p>Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates to clients, resolving issues as they arise.</p></li><li><p>Accurately enter and maintain shipment data in&#xa0;<strong>CargoWise</strong>&#xa0;and ensure system accuracy for billing and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal departments including sales, customer service, and finance to support client needs.</p></li><li><p>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international freight forwarding trends, tariffs, and trade regulations.</p></li></ul>",
