This role involves diagnosing, performing routine maintenance and ensuring our equipment meets and exceeds safety and operational standards. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-weight: bold\">Your day-to-day will look like:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 ibs.</li>\n<li>Diagnose and repair small engines (chainsaws, brush cutters, pumps, generators.)</li>\n<li>Service and repair diesel-powered plate packers and other light construction equipment</li>\n<li>Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, filter and spark plug replacements, belt adjustments, etc.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot fuel, electrical, and hydraulic issues</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance through computer system</li>\n<li>Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area</li>\n<li>Communicate clearly with team members</li>\n<li>Follow all safety procedures and company standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47)\"><em>Qualifications</em>:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of experience with small engine repair</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with diesel engines, especially plate compactors/packers</li>\n<li>Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret service manuals and schematics</li>\n<li>Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team</li>\n<li>Basic computer skills for service logging</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Considered an Asset:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certification in Small Engine or Diesel Mechanics</li>\n<li>Experience with hydraulic systems</li>\n<li>Familiarity with brands such as Wacker Neuson, Multiquip, Honda, Toro, Dyna Pac</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About <span style=\"color: rgb(255, 0, 0)\">Hall Constructors</span><span>:</span></span><br></p>\n<p>Hall Constructors was founded in 2010 and since then has seen steady growth to become one of Business in Vancouver’s Top 10 Construction Companies in BC.
