          "text": "<p>We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated <strong>Mechanical Engineer</strong> with 5 - 10 years of experience. The successful individual will&#xa0;have an interest in the design of HVAC, piping and plumbing systems for hospitals, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities. In addition, the&#xa0;individual&#xa0;should&#xa0;be&#xa0;comfortable consulting to architectural&#xa0;practices and&#xa0;have&#xa0;a&#xa0;desire&#xa0;to&#xa0;work&#xa0;on&#xa0;a multi-discipline&#xa0;engineering&#xa0;team.</p><p><strong>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS</strong></p><ul><li>Approximate Base Salary – $95k-130k based on experience</li><li>Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate</li><li>Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance</li><li>Hybrid Work Schedule <em>(subject to change)</em></li><li>401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching for 9% Employee Contribution</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>BS in Mechanical engineering or related field</li><li>PE license in Mechanical Engineering (Prefferred)</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience</li><li>Experience with AutoCAD and Revit</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with relevant codes: mechanical, energy, plumbing</li><li>Familiarity with both HVAC and Plumbing systems</li><li>Experience with energy modeling software (EnergyPro, etc.)</li></ul><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Must be a self-starter who is able to see the big picture and connect the vision of the company with his/her job, be persistent, and follow through in a consistent manner.</li><li>Passionate about the client or pursuit and takes ownership of his/her work.</li><li>Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).</li><li>Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).</li><li>Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe InDesign software preferred. Must understand database concepts.
