Description

Overview Job Summary: The Senior Change Manager is primarily responsible for providing dedicated Onboarding program/project support for change initiatives, as well as promoting increased change capability in individuals and groups for a range of projects in assigned areas. The Senior Change Manager will work closely with the Lead Change Manager, Change Management Lead, Change Management Manager, Product and Delivery team members, communications and other business partners to assess the level of change and help develop and execute an appropriate change management strategy, including leadership and stakeholder engagement, communication, training and adoption reinforcement plans. The Senior Change Manager reports to the Change Management Lead or Change Management Manager for his/her assigned area in Onboarding and in support of the overall EVOLVE program. In-Office Requirement: • Required in-office presence at least 2 days per week Responsibilities Essential Functions: • Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of the business strategy, objectives, and goals• Establish relationships with key project leaders/product owners, and business stakeholder• Promote and sponsor partner interaction between product/delivery teams and business partners to foster a collaborative working environment • Apply a structured change management approach and execute change-related activities• Administer and complete change management assessments• Support/Lead communication planning and execution efforts• Support/Lead training planning and execution efforts• Support/Lead adoption reinforcement planning and execution efforts; including training material creation such as Quick Reference Guides, videos, etc.• Consult and advise project team members and key business partners in the change process• Evaluate and ensure user readiness• Track and report issues to the Change Management Lead or Change Management Manager and/or project team• Monitor change adoption post implementation• Set expectations with team members and other stakeholders and continually manage those expectations• Conduct the following Change Management activities:o Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and analyseso Support onboarding activities for members of the change networko Prepare for and lead outreach and feedback loop activities: focus groups, working sessions, and feedback discussions, etc.o Design & Execute communications planso Design & Execute leadership involvement plano Design & Execute post-deployment support and reinforcement planso Assess adoption and prepare/execute adoption remediation plans as necessaryo Work with and coach both Associate Change Managers and Change Managers as they support the Senior Change Manager on various projects. Supervisor and/or Management Responsibility: • Set and continually manage Change Management expectations with team members and other stakeholdersCoach, mentor, and lead project team members (project team and internal customers), educating each in the process and tools being used and their role in the process Budget Responsibility: Scoping projects and possibly managing budgetsfor contract resources Qualifications Minimum Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Change, Communications, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field • 5-7 years of experience as a Change, IT Project, or related business experience Skills/Abilities: • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools• Proven successful track record working in large/complex multi-location programs/projects• Exceptional understanding of Agile Methodologies• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal• Strong skills in Excel and data analysis• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, cultures, and to all levels in an organization• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations• Demonstrated ability to learn technical information quickly• Problem solving and root cause identification skills• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts• Proven ability to drive adoption and value realization on IT Infrastructure/IT Enterprise Operations projects desired• Knowledge of the Staffing Industry desired Core Competencies: • Build relationships• Develop people• Lead change• Inspire Others• Think critically• Communicate clearly• Create Accountability Benefits Overview: Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
