This is your chance to get your foot in the door of a cutting-edge industry and build hands-on skills that can launch your career.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Element:</strong></p>\n<p>Work with advanced aerospace technologyGrow your career in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environmentLearn from experts and gain skills that open doors in aerospace and beyondApply today!—we’ll help you launch your career in aerospace testing</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary: $25- $30/hr</p>\n<p>Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Inspect machine parts once they complete machining.</li>\n   <li>Record dimensions and ensure quality standards</li>\n   <li>Fill out final inspection reports</li>\n   <li>Communicate with project coordinators about any issues that occurred during machining</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills / Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>HS diploma/GED (college or vocational coursework a plus)</li>\n <li>2+ years in a machine shop or machining experience</li>\n <li>Strong safety mindset and basic math/computer skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical Demands:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Frequency of required physical force: Moderate</p></li>\n <li><p>Lifting requirements: lifting <50 lbs. often and > 50 lbs. on occasion</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift 50+lbs periodically</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-TK1</p>\n<h2>Diversity Statement</h2>\n<p>At Element, we always take pride in putting our people first.
