You will partner with engineering teams to build scalable testing solutions, reduce risk, and ensure applications meet business expectations with consistency and confidence.</p><p></p><p></p><p><span class=\"emphasis-2\"><b>The Team</b></span></p><p>Within FFIO Quality Engineering, we partner with engineering teams across FFIO and Enterprise Technology to elevate product quality, improve delivery outcomes, and ensure systems are resilient, stable, and ready for scale.</p><p></p><p></p><p><span class=\"emphasis-2\"><b>The Role</b></span></p><p>In this role, you will work with a team focused on improving product quality and delivery performance. You will partner with engineering and business teams to increase system reliability, reduce defects, and strengthen overall product health.</p><p></p><p></p><p><span class=\"emphasis-2\"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></span></p><ul><li><p>Build and maintain automated test suites to validate product quality and release readiness</p></li><li><p>Execute targeted manual testing where it adds the most value</p></li><li><p>Enable teams with effective test management practices that improve delivery outcomes</p></li><li><p>Partner with engineers to expand test coverage and reduce defect leakage</p></li><li><p>Continuously improve testing strategies, tooling, and execution to increase efficiency and effectiveness</p></li></ul><p></p><h2></h2><h2><span class=\"emphasis-2\"><b>The Expertise You Have</b></span></h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).</p></li><li><p>3 plus  years of experience in test automation and software quality assurance.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).</p></li><li><p>Strong programming/scripting skills (Java, Python, or JavaScript).</p></li><li><p>Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with API testing (Swagger, REST Assured).</p></li><li><p>Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and backend systems.</p></li><li><p>Design and implement test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify test requirements and coverage.</p></li><li><p>Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.</p></li><li><p>Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and report defects effectively.</p></li><li><p>Maintain documentation for test cases, scripts, and automation processes.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.</p></li><li><p>High levels of engagement at the team and group levels; Desire to learn and impact outside your primary tasking.</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders</p></li></ul><p></p><h2></h2><h2><span class=\"emphasis-2\"><b>The Skills You Bring</b></span></h2><ul><li><p>Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright)</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Java and/or JavaScript</p></li><li><p>Strong API testing capabilities</p></li><li><p>Advanced SQL skills for data validation and analysis</p></li><li><p>Ability to troubleshoot complex issues using data-driven approaches</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h2><span class=\"emphasis-2\"><b>The Value You Bring</b></span></h2><ul><li><p>Accelerate delivery of business value by improving testing efficiency and effectiveness</p></li><li><p>Increase release confidence through strong automation, validation, and defect prevention</p></li><li><p>Reduce production risk by minimizing change-related incidents</p></li><li><p>Improve system stability, resiliency, and overall application health</p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvements that lead to better delivery outcomes and fewer defects</p></li></ul><p></p><h2></h2><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><h2>Certifications:</h2><h2></h2><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><h2>Category:</h2><h2></h2>Information Technology<p style=\"text-align:left\"><span>Please be advised that Fidelity’s business is governed by the provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, ERISA, numerous state laws governing securities, investment and retirement-related financial activities and the rules and regulations of numerous self-regulatory organizations, including FINRA, among others.
