Description
What You Will Deliver
Manage the reception area at HQ, acting as the primary point of contact for visitors and handling all incoming inquiries with professionalism and poise. Handle courier/shipping logistics for all departments. Liaising with site managers to oversee procurement, facility maintenance, and cleaning arrangements. Handle procurement processes and reimbursements for office expenses. Support company events by managing guest logistics (travel, reception, tech setup) and coordinating the physical requirements for activities. Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by management and direct supervisor, including material pickups, and document submissions.
Who You Are
Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or front-desk operations. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage. A "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs. A self-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and a strict commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding management affairs. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment without losing focus on the small things. Proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom, and Chinese word processing; familiarity with AI productivity tools to automate routine tasks is highly regarded. What We Offer
