This is a first shift opportunity and <strong>the pay rate is $35-$40/hour</strong> based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Painter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Scope:</u></strong>      </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Apply primers, sealers, and specialty coatings to wood, metal, drywall, and concrete surfaces</li>\n <li>Perform surface preparation including scraping, sanding, wire brushing, and cleaning</li>\n <li>Repair drywall damage, patch holes, caulk joints, and apply waterproofing materials</li>\n <li>Install and repair wall coverings, decorative finishes, and specialty coatings</li>\n <li>Paint and finish commercial interiors and exteriors</li>\n <li>Work on active commercial projects including banks, restaurants, office buildings, and retail facilities</li>\n <li>Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project schedules </li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must have personal hand tools including roller frames, covers, paint brushes (2½\", 3\", and 4\"), putty knives, caulking gun, scrapers, sanding tools, utility knife, buckets, etc. (materials supplied by contractor)</p></li>\n <li>Must wear work-boots and Painters Whites are preferred</li>\n <li>5+ years of commercial painting experience preferred</li>\n <li>Experience with wall coverings, decorative finishes, and restoration work</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and from project specifications</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation to various job sites throughout LA and Orange County</li>\n <li>Must provide personal hand tools (materials supplied by contractor)</li>\n <li>Ability to work overtime and occasional 7-day schedules when project demands require</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Details</h2>\n<p>Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry. </p>\n<p>Our comprehensive benefits include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Tradesmen+ Rewards Program – earn points for hours worked</li>\n <li>Vacation Pay</li>\n <li>Health insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement savings plan</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Tradesmen International is an EO employer - M/F/Veteran/Disability</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>“<strong>Be Safe” from fraud!</strong>  Tradesmen International will never ask you to pay for certifications, equipment, or other “up front”  costs as a condition of hire.
