Within this role they will have the opportunity to network with others, communicate regularly with leadership, help shape the goals of the group, and contribute to the creation of the tools.&nbsp;This position will&nbsp;be located in&nbsp;Poway, CA.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Analyzes,&nbsp;validates,&nbsp;and develops requirements&nbsp;for internally developed software tools; develops systems requirements,&nbsp;techniques,&nbsp;and controls; and&nbsp;supports&nbsp;implementation efforts of requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Helps represent&nbsp;the&nbsp;BPS group&nbsp;and all its products&nbsp;with&nbsp;leadership, partner groups,&nbsp;and end users&nbsp;(Engineers and Managers).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides training and documentation for internal tools and processes to&nbsp;all end users.&nbsp;</li><li>Manages&nbsp;available resource and project planning&nbsp;data to develop analytics tools, dashboards,&nbsp;and reports in support of the other Project Control activities and groups.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Organizes, prioritizes, and helps track through completion all new tool requests, feature improvements, upgrades, and bug fixes to current&nbsp;solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
