The role requires proficiency in developing well-documented estimates at each design milestone, with a strong understanding of both design-build and design-bid-build project delivery methods and their associated technical documents, including drawings, specifications, contractor price proposals, and vendor and subcontractor quotes.</p><p>The Estimator must demonstrate a thorough understanding of market and labor conditions and their direct impact on project cost, with the ability to assess, analyze, and incorporate those factors into estimate development and cost positions.
