In this role, you will provide technical leadership and direct management of development teams around the world. Your&nbsp;teams&nbsp;will&nbsp;leverage&nbsp;cutting-edge&nbsp;technology, contribute to open-source initiatives, and use our microservice-based architecture to build cloud-based network service offerings. Ability to lead and&nbsp;participate&nbsp;in architecture, design, and technology discussions. Ability to&nbsp;facilitate&nbsp;the process of resolving challenging technical and architectural issues within and across groups. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of agile development process and CI/CD environments, specifically related to SaaS-based applications &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructures—Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong&nbsp;developing and debugging&nbsp;skills&nbsp;in system and/or object-oriented languages such as Go, C, Java&nbsp;or similar in a Linux environment &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of software design, data structures, and algorithms </li>\n <li>Ability to use automation and AI-assisted tools thoughtfully to improve development efficiency, debugging, and analysis</li>\n <li>Deep&nbsp;Networking knowledge and experience with DNS and DHCP protocols&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Familiarity with database design, scalability, and performance is strongly desired &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge in software design, data structures, and algorithms &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, or EE is&nbsp;required&nbsp;and a master’s in CS, CE, or EE is preferred &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Be Successful — Your Path</b></p>\n<p><b>First 90 Days:&nbsp;</b>Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work.
