Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p>\n<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of <strong>Production Services Application Support Analyst</strong> to join our Middle Office team. This role is located in Pittsburg, PA or Lame Mary, FL.</p>\n<p><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for managing overall availability, reliability, and defect prevention.</li>\n <li>Respond to, diagnose, and resolve service disruptions.</li>\n <li>Identify, define, and implement required monitoring and automation solutions.</li>\n <li>Work closely with developers on continuous integration / continuous delivery solutions.</li>\n <li>Conduct root cause analysis for complex production issues.</li>\n <li>Reviews and evaluates project plans and objectives to ensure they meet system needs.</li>\n <li>Monitors changes to applications and their operating environment.</li>\n <li>Create and maintain support documentation and procedures.</li>\n <li>Ability to deal with time sensitive issues in support of critical service level commitments.</li>\n <li>Contributes to the achievement of area objectives.</li>\n <li>Should be willing to work weekends.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. **EXPERIENCE:** - Typically 6-10 years of experience. **SKILLS:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client service. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams. - Proficiency in managing and resolving complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.2-4 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology required.Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.</li>\n <li>Knowledge and/or prior experience supporting Middle office trade processing and trade flow.Reconcile and validate trade capture and day trading activity in a timely and accurate manner.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with front office and other support teams, locally and globally, to address trade-related enquiries and issues.</li>\n <li>Analytic and data-driven experience in supporting applications as part of the trade lifecycle.</li>\n <li>Experience in deployment and strong debugging skills in Docker.Linux system administration experience.</li>\n <li>Experience with IBM MQ/messaging and Rabbit MQ middleware queues.Experience with Ruby and Java framework applications.</li>\n <li>Experience with PostgreSQL databases and writing complex SQL queries.</li>\n <li>Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, Moogsoft, or related solutions.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with ITIL Service Management.Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to the appropriate section.</li>\n <li>Prioritize and handle service requests, incidents, change management, and problem tickets.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</strong></p>\n<p>BNY Newsroom</p>\n<p>BNY LinkedIn</p>\n<p><strong>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</strong></p>\n<p>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</p>\n<p>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</p>\n<p>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</p>\n<p><strong>Our Benefits and Rewards:</strong></p>\n<p>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
