    "requisitionDescription": "<p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;' data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Overview&nbsp;</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Military Construction (MILCON)/Future Projects Specialist Qualification in Stennis, Mississippi. <strong><span style=\"color:red;\">This position is contingent upon contract award.&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>Roles and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><div style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Support planning and organization of facility maintenance, upgrades, and improvement projects</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Assist the Project Manager with daily execution of work, long‑range program growth, and alignment of construction programs with mission priorities</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Contribute to the development and management of long‑range Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (SRM) requirement plans and provide engineering, financial, and audit support to strengthen program performance and process improvements</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Help form, manage, and execute SRM projects related to real property and facility construction</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Coordinate and document trouble calls to ensure timely resolution</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Support execution of MILCON and strategic projects across multiple sites, providing solutions to technical and schedule challenges and ensuring alignment with organizational goals</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Assist in coordinating project schedules, budgets, milestones, and resources; analyze scope, cost, and schedule requirements to validate planning estimates</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Maintain data accuracy across project databases and communicate updates, risks, and statuses to project teams and stakeholders</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Attend meetings with officials and partner agencies to support collaborative planning and execution</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Coordinate ongoing communication with stakeholders to manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Assist with developing facility estimates, space analyses, cost justifications, site approvals, environmental documentation, and supporting data for MILCON/SRM program actions</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Review architectural and engineering plans/specifications for accuracy, compliance with standards, and alignment with project goals</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Synthesize planning data to develop informed recommendations, requirements, and project documentation</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Assist with justification packages for new facility construction and major renovations under MILCON and SRM programs</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Communicate clearly at all organizational levels to build consensus, resolve issues, and secure approvals</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Support coordination of command self‑help projects with component commands</li></ul></div><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:3.0pt;margin-left:31.5pt;text-indent:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>Required Qualifications and Experience</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><div style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Eight years&rsquo; experience working as project manager or coordinator in construction or related environments, such as civil engineering, power plants, and production line management</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Knowledge of practices, procedures, laws, and regulations pertaining to operations and maintenance, fire protection, disaster preparedness, housing management, environmental management, and human resource management</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Six years&rsquo; experience working with Navy Facilities procedures to include initiating new projects and understanding of related documentation</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Six (6) years&rsquo; experience with the MILCON process</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Knowledge of MILCON and Operations and Maintenance Programs</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Six (6) years&rsquo; experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications of several engineering disciplines normally associated with the construction of new facilities</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Five years&rsquo;
