Immanuel Communities is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant RN (Community Based Senior Settings) to support our communities from our Home Office in Omaha, NE. Job Duties & Skills Required What You Will Do The overall purpose of the Clinical Services Specialist Nurse is to support excellence in clinical practice standards and service across all Immanuel practice settings. The primary responsibilities of this job are to ensure measurable quality outcomes, process improvement, education/training, policy/procedure and regulatory compliance for the Clinical Operations department of Immanuel’s Home Office. Partners directly with the Director of Clinical Operations and Medical Director. Provides a diverse range of clinical expertise, tools and specialized consulting to nurses and staff, ensuring they are empowered and accountable for high quality, evidence-based care. Skills & Requirements Current and active unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required. Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required or plan for completion within 3 years of hire. Five (5) years of general and related nursing experience is required. Two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory or management role. Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
