The primary responsibilities of this job are to ensure measurable quality outcomes, process improvement, education/training, policy/procedure and regulatory compliance for the Clinical Operations department of Immanuel’s Home Office. Partners directly with the Director of Clinical Operations and Medical Director. Provides a diverse range of clinical expertise, tools and specialized consulting to nurses and staff, ensuring they are empowered and accountable for high quality, evidence-based care.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Skills & Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<p>Current and active unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required. </p>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required or plan for completion within 3 years of hire.</p>\n<p>Five (5) years of general and related nursing experience is required. </p>\n<p>Two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory or management role. </p>\n<p>Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.</p>\n<p>Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have reliable means of transportation.</p>\n<h2>Immanuel</h2>\n<p><strong><em>At Immanuel, we believe that our success is built on the collective strength of our people.
