This role also includes testing, rebuilding, and replacing backflow preventers in accordance with relevant codes and standards.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise in identifying and resolving system deficiencies efficiently and professionally, ensuring optimal operation and compliance of all sprinkler systems.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span>:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The responsibilities of the Sprinkler Technician include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Sprinkler and Backflow Systems Installation, Repair, &amp; Service</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare job sites for service or installation by performing visual inspections and notifying the alarm company and fire department as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Install and hang fire sprinkler systems and components in accordance with NFPA standards and engineered drawings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Install or replace wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam systems as needed based on project requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Repair or replace all types of sprinkler system components, ensuring functionality and code compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Rebuild, repair, or replace backflow preventers as necessary to maintain system integrity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Confirm proper communication with the monitoring station on monitored systems following any repair activity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform functional testing on alarm and sprinkler systems after repairs to verify proper operation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Complete all required installation and service documentation accurately and submit in a timely manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Promptly report system deficiencies or safety concerns to the immediate supervisor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Create and manage sprinkler inspections for properties.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Other duties as assigned.      </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Fire Sprinkler Journeyman License.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">1–3 years of hands-on field experience servicing sprinkler and backflow systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience working with fire and/or life safety systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to visually inspect, test, and service sprinkler and backflow systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to alarm signals (visual and auditory).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to conduct fire extinguisher inspections and repairs as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Solid working knowledge of applicable NFPA codes.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Expectations:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation and acceptable driving record.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to complete training as required by the company.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
