You’ll need to have exceptional creative and design skills with full English fluency.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Design eye-catching and effective assets (graphics, UI/UX designs, ads, etc.) for various channels/platforms </li><li>Work on photo retouching/editing tasks as needed</li><li>Take full ownership of design projects, from conceptualization and branding to visual execution</li><li>Maintain and ensure consistent branding across all materials and platforms</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and execute on design concepts that align with the brand’s business and marketing goals</li><li>Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field</li><li>4+ years as a Graphic Designer for a DTC/Shopify/e-commerce brand</li><li>Exceptional familiarity and knowledge with design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Canva</li><li>Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills</li><li>Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection</li><li>Ability to work in any US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)</li><li>Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift</li></ul><p><strong>BENEFITS</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive pay, always in US dollars</li><li>Work remotely from the comfort of your home</li><li>Health & wellness benefit</li><li>Paid holidays and time off</li><li>Performance and referral bonuses</li><li>Global exposure to the world’s best companies</li></ul>",
