This role is responsible for the full operation of our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Okuma Horizontal Milling Center</span>. The CNC Operator will collaborate with cross-functional departments and contribute to the smooth, efficient operation of our organization.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a positive, motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working on a variety of projects. Each role offers visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape the future of our company.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Program, set up, and operate an Okuma Horizontal Milling Center</li>\n<li>Read and interpret engineering part drawings</li>\n<li>Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, and depth micrometers</li>\n<li>Input and adjust tool offsets</li>\n<li>Inspect, clean, and pack finished products</li>\n<li>Accurately complete all quality control documentation and inspection sheets</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned or as business needs require</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical college training a plus; High School diploma or equivalent required</li>\n<li>Ability to work with minimal supervision</li>\n<li>Team player with the ability to work independently</li>\n<li>Self-starter with a proactive work approach</li>\n<li>Ability to read and work from engineering drawings</li>\n<li>Knowledge of set-up, tooling, and fixtures</li>\n<li>Experience with basic G-code interpretation and understanding</li>\n<li>Experience with Okuma Horizontal Milling Centers preferred</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Mastercam CAM and SolidWorks or similar programming software</li>\n<li>Ability to stand for extended periods</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<p>We offer a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 days of paid time off</li>\n<li>Paid holidays</li>\n<li>Paid Christmas week break</li>\n<li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>Retirement plan with employer match</li>\n</ul>",
